  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    Prior to move in Security deposit, first months rent, Pet deposit(if needed) are required.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    Security deposits are refundable based on the condition of property when moved out.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    Co signers may be needed if the applicant has bad credit or no credit.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Applications are done online or at our office.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Payment is accepted online or in person at our office.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    We do a complete pet screening and a non-refundable deposit. Some properties also have pet rent.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    The tenant that is staying has to qualify on their own and be in good standings with us.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    We need to receive a written notice no later than 30 days prior to move out.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    We handle all maintenance and repairs to property. The only change to this is if property is damaged by the tenant. Then they are responsible for paying management for repair. All repairs need to go through management.
