    You can see the blank lease we use.

  • How and when do I get my checks?

    After all rents are cleared disbursements are made.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    We collect online or at our office.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    We do any length of lease depending on property situation.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    At minimum one months rent.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    Immediately.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Single Family, Multifamily, Large apt communities, A R B and B’s, Commercial
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    Our owner portal has P and L statements, rent rolls, and balance sheets at your fingertips.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    We do in our trust account.
